We booked three rooms at this hotel and 1 of the three rooms had bed bugs. We were moved to another room. When we reported it to the desk and asked to speak to the manager, we were told that he was not in and would return our call. We attempted contact three times and were told this each time. We also contacted corporation and were told they were sorry for the issue but we did not qualify for any compensation because we booked through Booking.com. We arrived September 19th 2020 and checked out September 20, 2020. Also, when we were leaving they were getting the room ready for more guest and no cleaning was done. This is careless and the problem is just going to get worse if action is not taken to control this. i do have photos available if needed . i just want to be sure no other family has to go through this ordeal. Thank you!
