01/27/2017 at 3:00 a.m. I never got under the covers. I sat on the bed to put on my boots so I could start my truck, then one came crawling up the blanket. Another baby bug was full of my blood and was not as difficult to kill as the other one. I tried to get management but no one was there, so I took my things and went to my truck. around 5 am. I went back to the office and there was a lady there, i informed her of the situation, she said that I had to wait for manager to come in at 9 a.m. to talk about my refund; however, she repeated several times that it would take up to ten days, because an exterminator had to come out and verify that bed bugs was there and that it could take up till 2 weeks for him to come out. I left the big dead bed bug on a napkin on the sink as well as, the baby one which was nothing but a streak of blood because it burst. I took another room because I did not want to move my semi truck because that would have cancelled my reset. After raising a little sand the manager called room 241 which i took and said she was refunded my entire amount, which was not true, no reversal was through my account, but I was given a bogus receipt. I am very upset and appalled regarding the lies that the staff and management told me. i was only asking for 1 nights refund. I was going to move down the block to another hotel, but there would be no guarantee that the situation would be any different. i have had 2 hrs of sleep since 3 a.m. as I type this complaint, but I know I have to lay down. the money was taken out of my account at 12:01 on 01/28/2017.

We rented a deluxe king bed micro. Room 135. They moved us to another room as this one was messed up. I got eat up with bed bugs Saturday night into Sunday morning. I have bites on my face arms legs and feet I am so miserable I have to have Dr care, we were there from 6/29 to 7/2. When you call the front desk they don't answer the phone can ring 20 times. There was no one in the office when I went over. I kept saying hello So I could not tell anyone. I called today 7/5 at 5:58pm no manager there.
