I check into the Residence Inn in warren Mi on December 26, 2015 at about 7:00 pm I had been there before with no problems. I was sitting on the couch watching tv while eating a snack. I had a pad of paper next to me on the couch I went to move the pad and saw something crawling on it. I jumped up and took a napkin and tried to kill the bug I looked at the bug in the napkin and freaked out it was a bed bug!! I through the napkin in a waste paper basket and started shaking out my stuff thank God I had not been there that long. I call 63rd the front desk and the clerk was very apologetic. I left immediately it was very suspicious to me that the didn\'t come check the room or anything. This led me to believe that they have had this problem before. I was not charged and was offered another room which I declined. This has truely freaked me out when it comes to staying in hotels.
