Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

AVOID AT ANY COST! I checked in 12/29/2023 at Room 218 around 9 pm. Saw hair and eyelash on my bed and pillows but I didn't mind it too much since it happens to a lot of other hotels as well. Saw little red/orangish stain on sheet but didn't realize it is the red flag for bed bug infestation since I've never encountered bed bugs before. When I got up 4:30 am there were three itchy bites on my upper left arm and a live bed bug next to my pillow. I took video of the bug and pictures of the bites and went to front desk to report the bed bug. The front office manager, without even looking at my video, said the room just had inspection from a BONDED pest control company two days ago and they found no sign of bed bugs. However, the reason why they had this inspection was because a previous guest in the same room reported that they got bed bug bites. The manager, again without looking at my video, denied whatever bit me wasn't bed bug and they couldn't do anything. I then left a negative review on Google Maps, and the manager responded that my video could be taken at any hotel and showed not even a little apology or empathy. Please note that they areusing a combative tone to any negative reviews.

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
