Arrived Monday the 7th of March had to switch rooms because our first room had mold infested ceilings. Then on Thursday the 10th we found bed bugs in our beds around 11pm. We called the front desk to report it and they informed us that they would check at 7 AM on Friday and if bedbugs were confirmed we would receive a refund. They never called us back we called multiple times on Friday throughout the day. We were then informed that an inspector had to come sometime that Friday or Saturday and they would give us a call after that with the official report. They never did we contacted headquarters and they never contacted us back. It’s now Monday of the next week and we still heard nothing and are very concerned it’s not being taken care of for future guests. I have pictures for proof.
