Found 2 bed bugs crawling on the wall.....

We checked in around 830 pm and by 1030pm on 9/20/16 we had seen three bed bugs. Immediately left hotel but was told management wasn't currently available. Refund given and waiting for management to contact about reimbursement for having to switch hotels and pay more money.

1. 06/28/2017, 3:45 am 2. Room 410 3 told person at front desk, said he would tell mgmt. Didn't seem too concerned.
