I checked in Microtel inn & suited 10/30/16 and by Tue 11/2/16 I began to experience all these raised rashes, redness burning pain on different areas of my body. I went to an ergent doctor, only to be told I have bedbug bites, I was floored and felt violated to say the least. I checked out 2day after the socal was unapologetic, numb and turned a deaf ear to what I was saying. What can I do, thank you.

Xzavior Green and I checked in to this hotel around 6pm. We got our things in room, I took shower and sat on bed. Xzavior was watching TV when I noticed on the curtains something moving. I then informed him of it and he reached out to the hotel staff. This was around 8:30pm when we discovered the bugs. We packed up and left room waiting in lobby to be assisted. There was no management on duty and the young lady working was informed by manager no refunds will be given or no more rooms available. We also was informed that pest control had to verify the bugs before further actions can be taken. We have photos of the bugs that was shown to management but still no refund or accommodation of any kind. This happened on March 13th 2019 at about 8:30PM.

Checked in to hotel Saturday Nov 23 and noticed the bed bugs Sunday Nov 24 early morning around 5 am. Laying in bed and noticed one on pillow and lift up mattress and 2 more. Reported to manager and said he will report to management and pest control
