On 08/02/2019 my wife and I noticed bedbugs in the room we were staying in, the bugs had bitten my wife and I and the sheets were covered in small dots of blood spots where the bugs had bitten our legs. We notified hotel management at the desk and spoke to I believe Tina (?) she advised she was sorry we had been through this incident. I also spoke to a room hotel room service attendant who cleans the rooms and she advised room 317, 127 and another room is always infested with bed bugs and she cannot figure out why they are always in-service, multiple complaints and always filed in these rooms and others, not really sure why she even told me this. The hotel refunded us for our stay but once he had arrived home we noticed the bugs must have attached themselves to our suitcase. We are now having to get our brand new 3000 sq foot, $450,000.00 home, that we just built and moved into in July exterminated for bedbugs which have cost us over $1,700.00. We contacted the hotel, spoke to Terry who was supposed to be the General Manager and he exploded on the telephone, began to curse at my wife and then hung -up.
