1/15/17 room 236. Complained about bed bugs, mgmt denied, said they had it professionally checked by Terminex and the report came clean. I think they lied because now I see someone else reviewed the hotel on Expedia at the end of Jan and claimed that THE VERY SAME ROOM had bed bugs. I have a copy of the report and also photos of the bed bug bites and blood on the pillowcase.
