Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Found live bed bug on one of the bed's pillows when we came back to our room at 11 pm. Took security 30 minutes to respond and arrive at our room. We captured the bed bug in a cup to confirm with hotel staff. They moved us to another room but did not offer to launder clothing or clean suitcases (I had to ask), and we were charged for all 5 nights of our stay. When I followed up with the front desk a day and a half after we found the bed bug they didn't seem to have any record of our report, which left me seriously concerned about whether they actually addressed the infected room appropriately. I will not stay at this location again.
