Hyatt Place Detroit/Livonia Bed Bug Reports

The hotel is adjacent to several fine restaurants and the AMC Movie Theater. Backing to nature woods and pond, we provide a quiet location while still convenient to I-275, I-96, and I-94. The hotel is located at the Northern end of Livonia, and very close to Northville, Farmington Hills, and Novi, Michigan. Extensive shopping is located within one mile.

Between Feb 21-23 I experienced severe bed bug bites. Reported to Hotel Management and the Wayne County Department of Veterans Health and Community Wellness. As of today no response from hotel. I await contact from the Hyatt Place Risk Management department. Hotel Manager said it would between 5 - 7 business days before the pest company would be out to the hotel.
