I received 27 bites after a 3 day stay in hotel. Woke up in the middle of the night to find at least 6 bed bugs at my feet. This was on the queen bed on upper floor. My children also received many bites after sleeping on pull out couch located on bottom floor of suite.

I contacted the Hotel and they did not return my call for 3 days. I reported that I had bed bug bites with the picture to prove it and they basically brushed it off and said they would get back to me in a couple of days. After waiting a couple of days the MANAGER stated that they did not find bed bugs yet he did not send me any documented report showing that the room was negative for bed bugs. They did not seem to be concerned. To make matters worse we were celebrating my Birthday and I left behind my Birthday Card with a Gift Card inside. I contacted and spoke to the manager 3 days later and he tells me that the housekeeper threw it away. That's ironic when they tell you that they get items more important and valuable iturned in such as wallets and purses. In my opinion A birthday card with a Gift Card is just as valuable as cash in a wallet. Tells you never to stay in the cheap places.
