7/4/2025 ~ 14:00 Were checking in for weekend. Went to first room, # 447, found sheds of bed bugs between mattress and box-springs. Called front desk, they offered new room. We went to lobby to get key cards...2nd room was a King 1 bed only room, we needed 2 beds with kids, so had to call back down. Staff met us with new cards for room 1206. Found bugs in floor, not even under mattress for search yet...took pictures and went to lobby...the staff was super friendly...they did offer other accommodations, but, after finding them in 2 separate rooms, we opted to leave and return home.
