November 11, 2023 @ 1:30 to 2:00 AM. I found the bedbugs crawling on me and in the bed. My roommate and I left the hotel. Found out the room was filthy and unacceptable after looking for bedbugs. Called down to the front desk ...no answer. Packed stuff up and took pictures. Went down to front desk and found a young man asked him to come look at the dirty room and the bedbugs. He said the manager was the one that would have to take care of it and would not be available at this time. Took my number and said the manager would call me about my refund, etc. Called Priceline before I left the hotel parking lot and reported it to them because I just felt like I would not get a call from the manager once I left without my money back. Priceline kept me on the line and talked to the young man and got back on the line with me and said the young man said they knew they had bedbugs. WHY WOULD THEY RENT TO US KNOWING THIS? I had to throw my satin traveling pillow cases and bed clothes away right there at the hotel cause I am traveling and didn't want to take them with us. They cost me a lot because they rented filthy rooms. I know if I went back there tomorrow they would still be renting rooms to unsuspecting guests. Thank you, C.W.
