Stayed 1 night at this place and was upgraded to a suite with a bedroom. Upon arrival the room was outdated and a little messy as far as dirtiness. Im the type of sleeper as i bring my own pillow and blankee. I woke around 2am to power on the air conditioner only to find little critters crawling on the white sheets and immediately freaked out and leaped out the bed and ran to safety like the room was on fire! Never have i ever seen bedbugs till that morning and it was truly horrifying! In the morning i explain my experience and management didnt even seemed surprised like they already were aware of this issue and didnt even offer any help with it. Never again will i stay here and i will most likely spread the word to help resolve their issue since they dont lift a finger to help this pest problem that can or may have already resulted in an infestation. Poor poor guests who have no idea whats can crawl their direction when sleeping soudly while being eaten alive.
