I stayed in Room 410 June 3rd thru the 7th, on the 2nd day I was there I would up to bites on my back. I really didn't think anything of it. I travel a lot and had not encountered bed bugs, I actually carry a uv light with me for a while but since I had never had issue I had stopped bringing it. On the 3rd night, I awoke to more bites and at this time I am thinking bed bugs, I searched all over but could not find any. I reported it to the front desk who said they would check my room and let me know. I never was updated but the room was cleaned and the linens changed. My last night there I was eating alive by bites. I again went to the front desk complained and the manager said he would have exterminators come check the room out, as I was checking out I asked if he could contact me in letting me know what they found as I don't want to bring bed bugs home with me, in any case its been 3 days and I haven't heard a word from them. So I placed my luggage in the oven at 170 for an hour. to kill any that may have hitched a ride and I steamed all of my clothes and dried on high heat for 2 hours. If I get an infestation Holiday Inn will be getting a bill from me. Great follow up btw Holiday Inn, I was willing to give you a second chance but not now.
