BED BUGS...STAY AWAY AND THEY WON'T HONOR THEIR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE...COMES WITH STRINGS ATTACHED! Management decided to evict my 83 year old mother and me from our room because we were traumatized by the bed bugs in our room and felt we would inform other guest. My only regret is that I didn't do that; instead we expected the hotel to accommodate our stay as their guarantee is 100% satisfaction guarantee...if not satisfied they don't expect you to pay. They called the police to tell us to leave, which was totally unnecessary. This occurred while my mother attended the viewing of her brother who's funeral was the next day,, as the purpose of our visit was to assist family members with funeral arrangements. Their insensitive response, left us to look for another place to stay. They even billed my mother for the entire stay (8/19 thru 8/24) instead of honoring their guarantee. It wasn't until multiple letters and emails to their corporate office they partially compensated my mother. However, they fabricated a report to state there were no bed bugs at the time, when in fact there were many. I would never stay at their establishment or any other Hilton chain, specifically in the manner in which they handled this situation.
