Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I woke up to bedbugs biting me at around 3:00am on 11/19/23. Gave cup containing 4 bugs to front desk. Was given a new room on 4th floor near mechanical room.

My daughter woke, early on July 10th, with bites around her eyes, bites on her face, arms and shoulders. While dressing, I saw a large bed bug on the pillow. I killed, collected and turned in to the front office. They denied having bed bugs, claiming I brought them there, mind you, we had no bites prior to the stay. I was told that maintenance would look at room. I returned to see what happened, my room was changed...to 203, where more bites were noticed on the morning of the 11th. Again front desk denied. I have NOT been bitten since checking out. THEY DID NOTHING. RUDE AND INSULTING.
