On January 25th my husband checked in for a one night stay. The following morning his back was itching but he couldn't see any evidence of anything. The next morning his back was inflamed and red with bites. He contacted hotel management who said that they would have the room inspected. After not receiving a return call from management, he called again and was told that they found no evidence of bugs in the room. The next day I discovered I also had bites. Holiday Inn Express was the only place he stayed and the bites were immediately following the visit. We want Holiday Inn Express to take responsibility and treat our home immediately before the problem worsens instead of pretending they don'the have bed bugs.
