1. Woke up at 2 am on Monday January 22 with bed bugs in my bed. Found 4 in the bed and 1 on the ceiling. I killed them all (have photos), packed my things, showered, and went to front desk. 2. Management was terrible. I had to ask to be reimbursed, it was not offered. When I checked out, they did not give me reimbursement and I had to ask for it again. They fixed my receipt showing only 3 nights (instead of 4). After I left they charged my card for another night (fraudulent, dishonest). I called to complain and they said they would call me back. They called back 4 days later to tell me that they were not going to refund me and that they had someone come look at the room and said there were no bed bugs. I told them I would post the photos of the bugs and the bites on my face/body and that they were being dishonest and that I did not approve for them to charge my card again. They put me on hold and then decided they would go ahead and reimburse me after talking to management.
