Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Awoke to bed bugs biting me 7/28. Called front desk, but hotel was completely full. Engineer came up, sprayed and changed the sheets - he then set up the pull out couch for me to sleep on. Hotel reimbursed my company card.

Room 118 smelled and their linens and walls were stained. We were bit more than 8 times all over our body at 4:30 am. We were moved but no one checked up on us. They dont care about their guests or ensure their rooms are clean before offering them to future guests.

On Feb 07, 2021, I found a bedbug right after engorging itself on my blood. I called the front desk to report it. the receptionist said, sorry mam but we don't have any bedbugs in this hotel. I told her I was pretty sure I just found one and so I think you do have beg bugs here but she continues to tell me over and over again they don't have any bedbugs in this hotel. Meanwhile, I killed it, took a picture of it and trapped it in container to show her and she still continued to tell me that they are no bed bugs in the hotel.
