Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Date 06/04/2021 2:30 a.m. I woke up from the stings itching and couldnâ€™t sleep. I noticed the bed bug running towards my daughter sleeping next to me. I stayed woke to watch several bed bugs appeared. Bed bugs were crawling in both beds. I immediately called the front desk and requested a refund. A refund was granted. We checked out at daylight. I have several bites with red swelling areas on my arm, neck and back.

7/14/22 8:00 a.m. Reported bed bugs and roaches to front desk clerk who wrote the information on his hand. I recommended he not rent out this room again until exterminator attended to it. His reply was bugs were really stirred up right now due to renovations.
