Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We were booked to stay here 2/4/22-2/6/22. We arrived late to checkin at 9pm and went out with friends. Took our belongings up to the room at 12 midnight after dinner. At 0100 am my husband noticed two bedbugs on the headboard to his bed and we immediately called down to the front desk and took our belongings. The front desk staff said "they did not need proof they believe us". They did not seem surprised AT ALL. easy enough process to get a refund. Will not be staying here again.

Stayed one night. Feb 11th till Feb 12th. Everything looked fine it was fresh renovation and you could smell the paint on the wall. The place looked spotless we didn't suspect anything. Came back later that night, laid down and slept great... Very comfortable. Noticed a bedbug and started investigating and found several more ... Immediately showered and went down to checkout and report the bug issue to manager who basically tried to convince us there were no bugs and asked if we were bed bug experts, what were our credentials to make these accusations... Of course we were frustrated, so we left...no refunds.

How to get rid of Bedbugs at home

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
