The infestation is really bad under the mattress. We didn't know until we were checking out. The hotel doesn't seem too worried about it. I'm freaking out!

We checked in on Saturday night, 11/25 and out on 11/26. First of all, when we walked into the room there was a card on our bed that said the linens had not been changed "at our request," which must have been meant for someone who checked out of our room before it was assigned to us. So we asked for clean sheets, which they brought to us and we changed ourselves. While changing the sheets we didn't notice any bugs, but we both woke up with bites in the morning. We reported this via their feedback survey, having checked out electronically so that we could run off to catch our flight. We got an email back that they won't post our review, but that they would forward our complaint to the hotel manager. The hotel manager responded with what seemed like a form letter, and he invited us to stay at the hotel after they renovate in December -- no recognition of the problem at all. Not much of an apology. Didn't really seem to care about our big bites.

8/22 3:00am I was working late and saw one crawling next to me. Immediately pack my things and had to wait for 30 mins for someone to come to the front to help me. I told them about the bed bugs and she said I would need to call back when the manager was in. She did send a security guard to inspect the room.
