Occurred on 11/9/19 around 10 am. I found a dead bed bug on the pillow. I took pictures and put it in a bag to show the hotel hostess. We immediately checked out of the hotel and we were promised a full refund when the manager returned on Monday. However, they only refunded us for one night. I am still working to get my money back. It seems like they have been having problems, as they had someone on-call to come over to spray the room after I told the hostess.

On 11/09/19 I found a bed bug on my pillow. My boyfriend proceeded to take photos and transfer it into a plastic baggie to bring up to the front desk. The hostess attempted to reach out to management but could not get a hold of anyone. Management took several days to contact us and are putting us through the loop to get a refund!

Stayed at the hotel on Sept 11 and 12th during a golf tournament. Wook up and was itching and was not sure what bit me until going to Urgent Care the next day and was told that they were bed bug bites and one had gotten so infected that I had to get antibiotics. I called the hotel and they told me that they would look into it and if there were bed bugs there they would take care of it. They did not seem too concerned. I have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times and will never again. This has been over two weeks since this incident and I still have noticible bites. Most have gone but still have the infection.
