At 1:30 am on Friday March 3rd, I woke up with multiple bedbug bites on my arms, hands and neck. I told the desk and then fled. While the desk manager said he was going to take care of it, he never acknowledged that there was an issue, didn't return my calls or emails, so there's a good chance that they're still there. I asked to be reimbursed for a $200 suitcase and one night at a different hotel, no reply. I was concerned when I arrived in my hotel room because there was so much room sanitzer, I could hardly even breathe. Maybe they had tried and failed.
