Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked into room 315 on November 8, 2014. At approximately 11pm, noticed a burning sensation on my arm and leg. Minutes later itchy, red bumps appeared. Found a small bug that when crushed, left a blood trail. Contacted front desk. No other rooms were available so the linens and pillows were changed. Noted old blood stains on mattress pad. Woke up at 3am with bites covering body. Found another bug which was given to front desk. Switched to the other bed in the room, woke up in the morning with more bites. Found 2 more bugs that were later identified by a qualified pest control manager as bed bugs. Went to medical facility where over 50 bed bug bites were confirmed on my body. Hotel is refusing to pay medical bill. I lost time from work and have had to endure over a week of intensely itchy areas, some have gotten infected, all have turned into scars.

3/28/19 I noticed several bed bugs crawling across the bed at 7:12 am after looking closer I saw more at various stages of development. I reported it to the manager. He asked which room I was in and appologized. I checked out immediately.
