After paying $124 for a double bed room our air conditioning goes out and we are offered a fan due to the lack of double bedrooms so we couldn't be moved! Then my daughter started itching and scratching herself and gets up to realize several bugs in the bed with her and her sister. When I took pictures and googled what a bed bug looks like they were identical. We then had to switch rooms and after demanding to speak with someone I was denied corporates number and my money back. Then I was told the manager won't be in til after 2 pm and my checkout is at 11. They tried to even say they've lost the bed bugs I came to the front desk with after collecting several for them to view. But I kept a couple of my own just in case that happened and I will call the news station up here before I leave without a refund!
