Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Found bed bugs crawling on bed my husband and I were refunded but that does little in the fact that my belongings my be contaminated and possibly my new car thanks to this I now have to throw out my bags and put cemicails in my car PS have never had a situation like this now I fear my home may become infected it is not Evan worth the refund I am so unhappy about this also my stay there was noisy my wake up call was late the doors did not shut properly room doors and out side door I did not fell safe wake up call was late and the smoke detector went of with the shower on I didn\'t think it could get any worse untel the bug was discovered

March 27, 2019. I checked into a double queen bedroom. I saw something black and small crawling towards me on the bed. When I lifted the mattress I saw at least 4 to 5 adults in a cluster and surrounded by excrement. I contacted hotel staff. They said they would send maintenance but then called back and moved me to another room.
