I checked in Feb. 6, 2016 and every night me and my husband was getting bit by something but we didn\'t know what it was. My arms were swollen and bit and my husband got bit on his eye and was swollen shut.

3/6/2020 Checked into the hotel on 3/6/2020, and when we got into our room it was very musky. We were exhausted and did not notice the full condition of the room. Through out the night I found myself itching , along with my youngest son. I did not think about until I seen the welt on our skin early in the morning. We contacted guest services and they switch our rooms. Upon checking into the room, I went over to turn on the AC and notice alot of splotches on the curtains. I took a better look and seen dead bed bugs and their poop on the curtains. I called again and they moved me to the front building. They did not want to confirm what I seen and stated that they need to have their pest control come in and verify which will be a couple of days. I tried calling them back for the past 4 days to pay for my luggage to be fumigated, along with a refund and no one has return my calls after submitting pictures of my son and I , in addition to the rooms pictures I took.
