3/20/17 My child had bed bug bites the day after spending the night in this disgusting hotel. She had 3 areas on her body with groups of 3 bites. Staff was informed and all I was told was "hmmm, sorry"

Hello, We checked in on 2/17/19 for one night. Upon check-in the room wasn't ready since housekeeping was still working on it. I needed to wait 30 mins more. The hotel from the outside looked clean and trustworthy but upon entering the room, the furniture and accessories were old. We took a shower but experienced backups in the tub and sink even thought we were on the ground floor. The night was sleepless since the air from the a/c smelt musty and then the bed bugs started to attack. I have sensitive skin so the itching is still with me today. Upon check-out I told front desk who was going to do an inspection and then call me about a refund. She never did so I wanted to let everyone know my experience so that you will think twice upon booking this hotel.

5/15/19 Checked into room. It was pretty worn out and bathroom was gross. Pulled back covers on bed and found dead bed bug casings and stained mattress. Went to front desk. They didn’t care and simply mumbled sorry.
