I woke up at 5:30 and was watching TV in bed. I saw something crawling on the bed out of the corner of my eye. It was a bed bug. I took pictures of it and flushed it down the toilet. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away. They will move me to a new room and will heat treat my belongings. I don't have any bites.

End of May 2023 about 7AM Bed bugs were found in our sheets, security was sent to our room to collect the bugs and send them to a "lab" for testing. Nothing has been done, staff was rude, cold and seemed like this was a normal thing to them. My 2 yr old had bites all over her legs. concerned for peoples safety and no other guests were notified.
