My wife was bite by bed bugs in this hotel. General manager was not available at the time. We complain to the front desk at 11:00 PM on 9/2/2017, they offer us to change of room, but it will not guarantee that other rooms have been infested also, we have two kids sleeping at that time, we asked for new sheets and pillows. Hotel don't have extra pillows and only provide sheets. however it didn't work. we have to check our at 5:00 am. Hotel didn't refund the money.
