Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Arrived in Lexington Kentucky for 1 night. Used Choice Hotels to find a hotel. Was only in room for 8 hours. Next day found multiple rashes and bug bits randomly placed on my upper torso and forehead. Went to management and showed the injury but wasn't even offered a refund. Went to urgent care and received treaten currently looking for counsel to take legal action. Do Not stay at this hotel.

Stopped at hotel on the way to Ohio. Wrong move. Smokefree room was smoke ridden.Tub and bath mat was filthy.Shower fixture falling and I found a bed bug and sheet stains not to mention some trash behind the bed. I did a search 1am which made resting impossible. I also captured bug in a cup and tied it in a plastic bag.

We woke up in the morning to find blood on the sheets we immediately did a scan of the room and saw a large blood filled bed bug crawling under the pillow, we killed it and a large amount of blood was squished out meaning it had been feeding all night. We reported it to the hotel receptionist who then said he would notify pest control

July 13 and 14, I took 2 bedbugs to the office and they said they weren't bedbugs and couldn't have anyone come and check the room until next week . They cleaned the room and put someone else in it. They won't give me a refund and my daughter apartment and car now has them and I have to pay to get her apartment cleaned
