My husband, my two sisters and I stayed in this place the night of July 5, 2017. We were assigned rooms #106 & #108 but room #108 had toilet problem. Gave us a new room #112 where my sisters were sleeping. A little after 1am, one of my sister woke us complaining bedbugs. She had many bedbug bites and we found many bedbugs on her bed. I went to front desk clerk to report and gave us a room. Very unfriendly clerk and told us we can talk to the manager in the morning. We took pictures of bedbug bites and many bedbugs that we caught and killed. In the morning, we were told that manager will not be back till 10 -10:30am and we had to leave. We told a new front desk clerk what happened and she took down our complain and assure us that the minute manager's in he will contact us but never did. On July 10, I sent email to the manager and finally he reply back on July 13. He told me he can only refund for one room not both room which I rejected.

1. July 5, 2017 around 1 am 2. My family check in room #106 & #108 but #108 had toilet problem and got new room #112. Around 1 am, one of my sister woke up from bedbug bites. She had many bites in her left shoulder down to her arm. We checked her bed and found 3 bedbugs and killed it leaving blood stains in bed sheet and pillow case. Reported to desk clerk and asked see the manager but was told he won't be back till 9 in the morning. Gave us a new room but was unable to sleep. 8 in the morning we had to leave so we told new desk clerk what happen and was told the manager will call us when he gets in around 10 but he never contacted us.
