Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

2:30am 12/20/17 assistant gm was rude and insinuated I brought them. Infestation was confirmed by outside company and gm was was much nicer.

October 7-9 of 2022. We inspected both beds, the sleeper sofa and the surrounding areas. Seemed okay, but around midnight I was sitting on the sleeper sofa and found two bed bugs crawling next to me. Management gave us a new room. Thankfully we didn’t take them home with us. We placed all of our belongings in trash bags and placed everything into the dryer for an hour.

Woke up on 12/9/23 with bites on arm. Checked mattress and found one adult bed bug with black spots of excrement all around it. Reported it to hotel management and they offered nothing to assist me other than moving me to a different room.
