Went there after midnight at 1230am on August 3rd went to bed at about 2 am and woke up at 6 am the whole night kept waking up itching but at 6 am when I got in the shower my husband was still in the bed and seen something crawling in the dark got up ran to the bathroom and grabbed toilet paper and grabbed a bedbug which was a full grown adult that had just ate struggling to move and when he picked it up it squirted blood all over the toilet paper but kept trying to crawl away. My husband ran and threw it in the toilet. I couldn't deal with the issue due to having to wake up for court spent the day in court and returned noticing my legs were ate up and so was my husbands. We threw all of our stuff away and reported to the front desk at which time they said they would refund my money yet they charged me another 233$ so I got charged a total of 466$ for one night, after 4 hours of looking for a new hotel and calling the old hotel and my bank I finally got 233$ refunded but not the other 233$. My daughter left her tablet there (apple iPad air 2 with life proof case) which they claim they didn't see yet I know for a fact was in there. So now I am out of a tablet and 233$ and clothes, blankets and other things. While throwing our stuff away in the dumpster we noticed behind the dumpster was another mattress outside which was full of bed bugs.
