We stayed here one night and found them in our clothes we had been sleeping in. When we notified the hotel they told us that bed bugs were part of a terrorist plot. I believe they knew of the problem yet still sold the room to us and we had a 2 month old!

Daughter woke me up at 1:45 am telling me she had hives all over her arms and side of back. I looked them over groggily. I looked them over and woke up my husband to look at them. He inspected the sheets and found a bug. Caught it and used internet to confirm it was bed bug. Called Front desk and asked for refund and new bedding as I only saw that one initially.and didn\'t want to wake my son who was sleeping until my daughter saw one crawling on his legs. It was at that time we decided we needed to move rooms. Hotel clerk was given a bug and said we could bring attention to management when they come in after 8-9 am. I kept two bugs in ziplock bag to show management and took photos of the initial bug AND photos of my daughters 12 bites!

Bottom line up front, I have about 100 bites on my legs from sleeping in their bed. When I went to the front desk to tell them that the toilet was clogged and that they had bed bugs, he offered me a plunger. Reported to the front desk on Sunday March 10th 2019, 3am.
