1/22/2017 I stayed here a few nights. after the first night my daughter was sent home because she had "hives" when I went to go and pick her up, there was nothing I could see like this. I later had multiple bites on my legs and arms. I become suspicious and start looking at the mattress. I didn't see anything. Later that night my daughter was sleeping and I saw something on her pillow. It was bed bug. I popped it and blood squirted out

2017-01-22 Noticed that I had bites on my legs and feet. my daughter was breaking out in a minor allergic reaction. I noticed a bug on pillow. I informed the front desk.. offered a refund.. i would have to leave the room, it's 2 in the morning and I don't have a way to get there. waiting for the morning to talk to manager... ANOTHER COUPLE CAME DOWN AT THE SAME TIME TO REPORT BED BUGS. they had moved this couple to another floor and they were still there.... I suspect the entire hotel is infested, unfortunately I wont be sleeping tonight. Keeping bed bugs from biting daughter as she sleeps....

On 7/20/2017 my husband and I stayed in the hotel for two nights. On the first night we woke up itching with bites on arms and legs. I saw one crawling so I picked it up with a tissue and placed it in water in a pill bottle. The next morning my husband and I went to talk to the agent at the front desk only to be told very nasty that the rooms are clean and there are no bed bugs. We asked for the manager and he too was very nasty and accused us of bringing them in looking to comp a free night. We decided to check out early and asked for our money back only to be denied our money plus the deposit. Do not stay here very nasty rooms and people.
