I was checked in for a 6 night stay, after the first night I woke up at 4am to see the room covered in bed bugs ( I took video to record the bugs - and time and date ). I headed to the front desk to speak with manager, I was told that he is unavailable and to come back , I asked them to call him ( they said they did not have a phone number) . I went back at 8 am to speak with the manager , who was completely denying the facts ( refused to watch my video or pictures) I showed him that my body was covered in bites ( even my face ) , he could care less . He kept telling me to calm down , but there were tons of children sleeping in the next room , and I would not sweep this issue under the rug . This hotel is the worst I have ever seen their lack of service , bed bug infestation , and poor business moral should keep any hotel seekers away.

Found bed bug at 1am on morning of April 10, 2024. Went to hotel lobby and the overnight attendant said they have to keep the doors locked and that the hotel is fully booked, so there is nothing they can do until the morning.
