Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

2/18/19 time checked in was 7:30pm . Room had bed bug remnants. Also there was stains on sheet and soap package was open. Hotel clerk changed my room.

7/2/2023, room number 229. Found little black bugs all over the room and then bed bugs in the bed. Hotel didn’t handle it at all, they switched me rooms. Denied a refund/discount (after they double charged me for the room) and also refused to let me speak to a manager because the front desk lady said she is not allowed to contact her manager and she does not have a phone number for her manager. DO NOT STAY HERE. They do not see it as a problem to leave their guests completely broke from double charging, and leaving their guests in bed bug ridden rooms. Everyone else I came on vacation with also had bugs in their room. Staff did nothing. No compensation.
