Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed 6/17/2023-6/20/2023. Everything appeared really clean. Checked the mattress before we settled in and didn't notice anything except crumbs. Noticed bites the second day but thought it was from mosquitos from being outside the day before. Noticed more bites on our arms the last morning and knew there were bed bugs. Sure enough, when we slid back the box spring cover, they had been hiding by the wall. We took video and showed to the front desk. Management was horrified, immediately refunded our stay and gave us trash bags to put our stuff in. As we were leaving, a large collection of staff came to inspect. I feel they took the situation seriously and enjoyed our stay (minus bugs!) but I wouldn't risk staying there again.
