I travel regularly to this hotel and discovered bedbugs in room 205. I began investigating and found that Serrano patrons have complained and have been bitten. I have compiled photos of the bugs and the bites. Some patrons have taken them home and had to bare the expense of over 6k to eradicate these. The hotel has put bed bug covers on and discarded heavily infested items for months. When I file the compliant with choice hotels they said there is nothing they can do, it's up to the hotel owners. I recieved an email from the manager who stated they have never had a bed bug in that building. Additionally they had the building inspected in April and again in Mat and nothing was found. I brought his attention to the fact I have pictures and complaints filed. He refused to respond. Further investigation found they tore out beds, curtains and carpet from the infested rooms, replaced ten and then had the inspection. Their response to the issue proves they will never be rid of them and I will ne'er say there again.

I just returned from a 3 day stay in Auburn Comfort Inn and Suites room 204. After unpacking suitcases alour child found a bed bug on their pillow. Have contacted the manager have been waiting for a reply for 2 days now. I don\'t think they will respond. Just called to tell them to set off a bugbomb.
