Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

May 8, 2019 check in. I didnâ€™t arrive until a little after midnight. I checked the mattress and fell asleep @ 1 am. I was Woken at 1:20 am with a bite on my arm. Thinking it was a mosquito, I switched beds and fell asleep to be woken again at 2 am with additional bites. When I turned on lights and lifted sheet there was a bug! After lifting sheets on both beds I saw numerous bugs between the white sheets. I took pics.....packed up my stuff and left the room. The front desk offered to reimburse me for night, offered cream, and I called an Uber to go back to the airport. The desk said they didnâ€™t know the room had bed bugs. Room 101. Very traumatized by this incident!

1. Occured Saturday, August 3rd 2019 at 11pm. Found a huge full grown adult bedbug on the wall of our rooms bathroom. Took pictures, killed it, and asked for a new room. 2. Management apologized and immediately moved us to a new room. Handled very professionally.
