I checked in on 06/03 for a work assignment when I checked out approximately at 7:30am Monday I noticed fresh bug bites on the back of my neck and on my left arm as the day went on early afternoon the bites were burning and extremely itchy. I called the hotel to express my concern. There was no sense of urgency I was told the manager on site wasn’t available to talk to me. I left a message on his voice mail. He never called back. On Tuesday I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. I got a call from the manager after speaking with the corporate office. He told me he had put the room as out of order and had scheduled a professional pest control inspection on Thursday…he also told me he would be giving me the result of that inspection on Thursday at noon. Today is Thursday and I have left 3 messages and was continuously told he was not available I left a few messages and still no response. I did get medical attention from my primary car DR and received prescriptions for treatment of bedbugs. This is an urgent situation that gets swept under the rug. I will not be ignored until I get the acknowledgment and treatment I deserve!
