My family reserved four rooms for the weekend one of our rooms was not completely clean but they allowed my daughter and son to go in and they didn't have to change their room; me and my husband's room smelled musty but looked good at first sight, we went out to celebrate festivities and when we came back we sprayed down and made up our bed. Hangover 3 a.m. we were awakened with severe itching we started noticing bites all over our body. I called the night attendant at 4 a.m. and had him come to our room to witness the bites and welts all over our body, when he arrived my husband was videotaping the bugs crawling on the sheets and the attendant said I am so sorry the manager will not be in to 7 a.m. so I'm not allowed to move you or even have anyone come and clean your room at this time so we set up Insurance wide awake until 7:45, when I called the office to speak to the manager she was very rude and then had the audacity to tell me that I must have brought the bugs with me, her name is Bina she was very disrespectful, she even came to my room unannounced got in my face and said no what's your problem so we did call and made a formal complaint our 35th wedding anniversary was a total disaster, we dealt with the bed bug issue and trying to be reimbursed because we reserved for two nights this started at 7:45 am and at 4 p.m. we still denied a refund or even an apology from the Hotel to the point of when we called the corporate office she said that the hotel still had us in an occupied status and that is why we were not refund because it was showing we were still in the room and clearly we had left Knoxville and at the time was in Sevierville and had already made reservations to stay in another hotel, when we call back on Sunday to speak to the main manager he was just as rude as his assistant, today is Monday and it is still not resolved not to mention I am still affected and itching by the bed bugs that I Was Bitten by on Friday night, we stayed in room 133 we arrived April 16th at 4 and wealth on April 17th at 9 a.m.
