Hotel stay was 5/19/22 through 5/23/22. I first noticed bites on my left hand late in the day on the 20th and thought they were bad mosquito bites. That evening, I noticed additional bites on my forearm and shoulder. As the day progressed the bites got more & more uncomfortable and swollen. The next morning (the 21st), I found bites on my right hand and the bites from the first night were swollen and itched much worse. It wasn't until the morning of the 22nd that those first bites started to become defined as 3-bite trails, which I now know bedbug bite marks. At that time we called the front desk and asked for management but were told he wasn't available. After explaining the situation there was nothing but silence on the other end of the line. We were leaving the following morning so we asked for a room change until the manager could get back to us. The manager never replied to our initial inquiry. We subsequently contacted the corporate office who said they would have the manager contact us...he didn't. We called back to the hotel and asked to speak to the manager, once again he wasn't available but they would have him call us back. Shockingly, he didn't call back. After leaving a poor review for the hotel, he finally called and said he was never given any of the previous 4 messages. He said the room was inspected but nothing was found. We asked to see the professional pest control company's inspection report and he has ignored that request multiple times. We asked for a full refund and it was also refused. The manager granted us a refund for one night because he said we only reported it once.
