1/13/2017 checked in to room 210, when woke up 1/14/2017 I noticed something crawling across the bed and turned on the lights to find an adult size bed bug. I took the bug and my receipt to the front counter and spoke to the person at the front desk. I let him know I found bed bugs and he was not aware of the infestation. After going back into the room, we investigated the bedding and mattresses further and found multiple bedbugs in multiple stages of their life cycle.

Checked into the hotel on 3/3/17 in the evening and stayed in room 210. While getting ready for bed we noticed a bug run across the comforter. Picked it up and thought it was a bed bug so investigated further. Lifted up the fitted sheet and saw another bug run across the bed. Bugs were in different stages of the life cycle. Put the bugs in a ziplock bag and took them to the front counter. We said we would be checking out (11:30PM on 3/3/17) and wanted a full refund. Manager stated they had never seen this kind of bug before, didn't know what it was but would refund our money. We left but management refused to refund money for friends staying in the room by us but they chose to leave too.
