Stayed for two nights May 11 and 12, 2014. Was bitten and did carry bedbugs home in my luggage, have been bitten since coming home. Hotel refused to offer any assistance.

2/25/2019 My husband always inspects bed, sheets for bed bugs because of a past incident and I have delayed allergic reaction. Room 232, My husband torn apart bedding, pillows and used flashlight on bed, edges. Nothing was found. We unpacked and slept. We did get a call an hour after checking into room if everything was fine, we said yes because we weren’t in bed sleeping yet. His surgery was next day so he was up watching tv on his iPhone under the sheets at 5am to block the light from me and a bedbug crawled by him. He woke me and all lights turned on. He found 3 and put them in a Kleenex to prove to motel. He called and reported it to front desk. He asked if they wanted to see the bedbugs on the Kleenex and front desk said no, they believe us. We already were comped by VA hospital for room so we drove home which is an hour away. We than had to dry everything in hot hot dryer as we repacked again to drive back to hospital for surgery that morning.
