I was watching TV on 2/1/2017 night and started to feel an itch on my neck, I thought it was the soap from the hotel that was making me itchy since I had just gotten out of the shower. The next morning when I looked in the mirror I noticed I had bites on my neck, hand, elbow and forearm, I jumped in the shower, got dressed and as I reached to get the remote from the pillow there was a bed bug, I emptied out a plastic water bottle and cought the insect, I closed the bottle in side the bottle, I arrived at the lobby I asked to speak to the manager, the receptionist said that the manager was not in for another hour( 8:00am) I handed her the bottle with the bed bug, she apologized and said I would be receiving a call for the manager as soon as she got in. I called the hotel that same night (7:00pm) since no one called me, I spoke to the front desk manager Dakota and explained the situation,to which he replied " well and what is exactly that you expect us to do". Which really upset me. He said he will have the person in charge contact me tomorrow, someone by the name of Paty Wright.
